55.  WARRIOR
This variant of the Warrior pose helps tone the abdomen, as well as strengthening the limbs and opening the chest and shoulders. Start off in step 2 of Mountain Pose (see p.30). Focus on your breathing, and center yourself, then jump or walk your feet out so they are about 3 ft (1 m) apart.
